    Families will love it!

    The room was amazing! It had all these cool gadgets like automatic curtains and wireless charging on both sides of the bed. That instant privacy glass between the bathroom and bedroom? Genius! There was this free wine and beer hour at 5:30 , made the day even better.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly worth it given the experience.

    Oh man, the grilled salmon at Urban Kitchen was off the charts! We also adored the personal touch from housekeeping with sweet notes left daily. Plus, the spacious Andaz suite was like a little paradise for our family! Lots of charging options and free drinks? Yes, please!

    Not gonna lie, the check-in took a bit longer than expected, but the staff was super supportive. And let's just say, the soundproofing? Could use a little love. We were jolted awake by some buzzing noises from above but it didn't ruin our vibe.

    The room was super spacious, stylishly designed, and perfect for our family. Ophelia and sylvia were so friendly and kind, especially to our daughter. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a lovely surprise! Plus, the lobby's free drinks every evening was a nice touch. A great experience!

    great staff but check-in confusion

    Jon Peralta from concierge was genuinely friendly and cute. My daughters lost their toy, and Irene was so patient in helping us track it down. The grilled salmon at Urban Kitchen really stood out. It was delicious and well-prepared.

    The check-in process took longer than we expected, a bit frustrating.
